Inspiration and Innovation Mark Teacher’s Day at S.R. Shiksha Samrat School
Teacher’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at S.R. Shiksha Samrat School, where the event turned into both a tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and a showcase of student creativity.
Addressing the gathering, School Chairman Mahadev Mehta said Dr. Radhakrishnan’s life remains “a beacon of idealism,” highlighting how he illuminated the world not only with academic wisdom but also with spiritual depth. “His vision continues to guide generations of learners,” he added.

School Managing Director Alpana Mehta emphasized that despite holding the nation’s highest offices, Dr. Radhakrishnan remained a teacher at heart. “That is the true reflection of his greatness,” she remarked.
The day brimmed with competitions designed to ignite young minds. Poster-making, quizzes, and spelling bees were held across all classes, with winners awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals. From Operation Sindoor and Chandrayaan-3 to themes of water conservation, sustainable development, and the future of science, students displayed striking ideas and artistic brilliance through their posters.
The event was coordinated under the guidance of Principal Kislaya Ravi and Academic Director Raja Ravi, while the collective efforts of teachers and staff, including Ranjit Lama, Krishna Gupta, Arjun Kumar, Manisha Jha, and others, ensured its success.
The celebration not only honored the teaching fraternity but also reaffirmed the school’s commitment to fostering innovation, critical thought, and respect for education.
