XEST 2025 Concludes with Glittering Fashion Finale and Spirited Dandiya Night
Patna, Sept. 27 — The curtains came down on XEST 2025, the annual youth festival of St. Xavier’s College of Management & Technology, with an evening steeped in artistry, competition, and celebration. The concluding day featured riveting finals in speech, singing, dance, and poetry, before culminating in a grand fashion show and a vibrant dandiya performance that drew thunderous applause from the packed audience.

The final contests showcased an array of youthful talent. Shrinidhi Shreya of St. Michael’s High School clinched the speech crown with a stirring address that held the hall spellbound. In music, Nissi Elena of the host institution claimed the laurels in classical singing, while Venkat Raman of DPS triumphed in the western category. Dance too had its champions: Udita Arya of Baldwin Academy in classical, and Jiya Kumari of Xavier’s in the western segment.
The much-anticipated fashion show lived up to its billing, turning the spotlight on style, imagination, and stage presence. Astitva of Loyola High School walked away with the title of Mr. XEST 2025, while Arpita Singh of the host college was crowned Miss XEST 2025. Their confident poise and flair on the runway earned them top honours in what was widely regarded as the festival’s showstopper event.

The night closed on a high with a spirited dandiya led by the Xavier Dance Club. The traditional beats and communal rhythm transformed the campus into a vibrant carnival of colour and camaraderie, providing a fitting finale to three days of cultural celebration.
With its seamless blend of competition and festivity, this year’s edition of XEST reaffirmed its stature as one of the city’s most awaited youth gatherings. Organisers said the festival would return next year “bigger, bolder, and more inclusive,” carrying forward its mission of nurturing creativity and connecting young minds through art and performance.
